A Boy and His Blob [NES] Speedrun in
One of the oddest speedruns, you use the punch/hole to glitch through floors and end up in rooms you should not be in (like the credits?) before getting to the final boss room and doing the final action of using the jack to spill the pills. You can't tell that's what is happening because it's a mess of bad sprites, but trust me.
