I beat Super Pitfall in 5 minutes at a live event, new PB
Frame count: 5:05.8. I participated in a Chase the Record event hosting by @RetroGamingLiveTV with @KLM1187 @ApolloSmug @hyo24 and @lucha_gym. The winner was whomever could get the fastest speedrun time during the event and I got this 5:05 run, which was a new PB for me and also won the event (there were several other sub 5:10 runs).
In this game, I'm racing to collect all the needed items to save the girl, but you need to get back to the original spawn to win. You trick the game by doing all the objectives and game overing, but the game keeps your progress in memory at the title screen, so when it goes to the demo which happens to start at spawn, it triggers the game ending. GG you beat the game.
