How to Fix Mailchimp Form Submission Errors in Squarespace
We prefer ConvertKit for email marketing, but if you're using MailChimp, here are the step by step instructions for ensuring your account is properly connected to Squarespace.
MailChimp frequently disconnects from Squarespace, so this is something you must monitor and check often. Squarespace support is unlikely to help you with this, as they want you to use Squarespace Campaign, and MailChimp wants you to use their website builder. Basically, you're working with two oppositional forces that point fingers at each other.
