Winter Solstice Guided Meditation | 2022
In many wisdom traditions and cultures throughout the world the winter solstice is symbolic of the death and rebirth of the Sun. For many months the northern hemisphere has experienced the gradual waning of daylight hours. But the day of the solstice marks a reversal where the light begins to grow again, brighter and warmer until that which lay dormant in the earth comes to life.
From a spiritual perspective, those who attune their energy to the potential of this time have the opportunity to direct this growing energy into dormant ideas, visions and plans one has for their life. This is the purpose of this meditation journey.
There is nothing you need to know, simply bring an open heart and mind and heart to the experience and enjoy your time here wondering through the wildest and wisest parts of your psyche.
