Equinox Meditation | September 2022
The word “equinox” has Latin roots and can be translated to “equal night,” referring to the roughly 12-hour day and 12-hour night that occurs only two days of the year.
Many wisdom traditions speak of this time as a loosening or lightening of the veil between the physical and spiritual realms, a time to really connect with the earth mother – to honour this sacred time I've created a story like guided visualization. In it you will find yourself journeying to the earth mothers scared temple to receive her endurance, power and wisdom. You will be bathed in a wave of absolute calm - untroubled, everything clear and radiant all at once.
Take some time to include this meditation into your spiritual ritual for this time of year – it will ensure that forces greater than yourself are tending to your inner most desires and an incomprehensible array of events will form in response to your new vibration, all that is required to bring forth a new cycle is already underway. So breath and enjoy this practice.
