WE or V? English "w" & "v" consonant sound pronunciation listening training with minimal pairs
Many English learners have difficulty distinguishing between the consonant sounds /w/ and /v/. This activity is intended to help train you to hear the difference in the pronunciation of these sounds more clearly.
This video has many examples of the English minimal pair ''we" (/wiː/) and the name of the letter 'V' (/viː/). The only difference in the pronunciation of these words is the consonant.
