HALLOWEEN DESSERT RECIPES: The Forbidden Pumpkin Cupcakes (EGGLESS)
Halloween is sooo close and Pumpkin is the only produce that could define Halloween in it's totality. If you're not into all the fussy decorative halloween desserts, this easy halloween dessert is a definite crowd pleaser and runs out devishily fast.
These are eggless too, and if you’re vegan just replace the dairy with vegan alternatives, I’d recommend coconut yogurt, coconut condensed milk and almond milk.
Ingredients:
1 3/4 cup maida
1/2 cup Brown sugar
1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
2 tsp Baking soda
3/4 cup Pumpkin Puree
1/2 cup Milkmaid
1/4 cup Yogurt
1 tsp Vanilla essence
1/3 cup Oil
1 1/2 tbsp Milk
3/4 cup brown sugar
2-3 pinches of cinnamon
