Bald parrot head bob
"Rogain" our bald featherless sun conure parrot. Bopping around, Rogain was born with no down feathers and limited deformed cover feather growth, he cannot fly but he is very happy and content , he has no idea he is special needs and we dont treat him as much, he interacts and is treated like any other bird I own.
