He also is missing all his down feathers and his flight primaries grew in upside down.
he has since had a injury to one of his feet and lost his toes on his right foot.
Rogain is by far my most expensive bird. Because of the vet bills and the issues he has. He also requires special needs in cage and food setup. And care has to be taken in handling also chill and sunburns precautions.
He is a very nice bird good personality and extremely sweet.
