Producers Pride Guardian Chicken Coop Part 1 Backyard Chicken Makeover

This is a video on Bec’s Back yard chickens. in this video, I am going to talk about the producers pride guardian coupe that I bought while it was on sale and have been doing many upgrades from watching videos of others that you know still predators have gone threw. I had started out in September of last year with a total of six chickens. I had a leg horn two black synonyms, one Prairie blue bill Easter acre and two golden comets now they were all roosters. Were they all bought at the same time no but at this in the September, I had gotten them. They were all either 5 to 6 months old so they all grew up together and they became my yard dogs Still today I have the Leghorn the two black senium and the one rooster per blue bill. The other two I do not have anymore because they started to attack people so they had to go away. then this year I had gotten 10 more chickens and they were the hands and it was really my son had gotten for at one time and I had gotten for another time and then I had gotten two adopted ones that were two weeks apart and so they were all like a week and they been together, but I sold five of them, which were the golden comments and the ice Brown and I kept just five that’s that’s all I need for for eggs for a family of three I am not going to have fertilized eggs, but people were like. Why do you have roosters well I have roosters because my roosters kill anything that come into the yard I cat a rabbit a plenty of rats here they will get they will attack a snake so that’s why I have them. They’re like the best guard dogs that I’ve even had ever. Now I had given myself a deadline that when the hands became four months old, I wanted to have this coop done. Well I only got it partly right. I got the main coop done to move them in. They were in the smaller, which was by the producers pride that was the Bruder and I moved it from there to this big coop, but they get the run of the bachelor during the day since they run is not complete so this video shows with what I’m doing that so I’m doing a lot of upgrades and different things to the coop you know itself it’s mainly the structure is there, but I’m rearranging things doing things just different from watching other videos that I thought you know would work well I do not have the two pens far away like many videos that I’ve seen that said to do that’s because my hens stay Enclosed in a big bachelors run and the roosters get the free range. I am not confident to let my hens have the free range because two of them are all white. They have no color whatsoever in them. I don’t know what kind they are and so they pretty much will stay in the run until I feel confident that they can only free range when I supervise them because they are my babies.
