As equal-and-opposite reactions go, customer frustration at losing power is easily matched by Irma Lawrence’s boundless enthusiasm for getting it back on. The Manager of our distribution control system and her team are heroes for their amazing dedication to the community, directing thousands of Tampa Electric and out-of-area crew members to outage locations around the clock. Their work continues as we tackle the last two percent of outages. Every customer matters to us!
