FCTC 5K Run for Manatees
Are you a fan-atee? That’s what we call people who love manatees as much as we do. Thank you for helping us keep those manatees well-fed and happy!
Our inaugural Florida Conservation and Technology (FCTC) 5K passed by the Manatee Viewing Center, the cornerstone of FCTC, and wound through the gorgeous trails on the FCTC campus. Best of all, the unique run raised awareness and support for Tampa Electric’s manatee conservation efforts by supporting seagrass restoration (a manatee’s favorite dish)!
