Road Trip Chaos: Faridabad to McLeod Ganj | Lost Phone, Broken Brake & More! | Day 1
Welcome to Day 1 of our thrilling road trip from Faridabad to McLeod Ganj, Dharamshala! 🚗🌄
We kicked off our journey at 1 PM, full of excitement and anticipation. Little did we know, the day had a series of unexpected adventures in store for us!
First, we made a pit stop at a dhaba for breakfast, only to realize later that Dad had left his phone behind. We ended up spending an hour retracing our steps to retrieve it. Just as we thought we were back on track, our car's hand brake broke down. Stranded in the middle of nowhere, we had to wait for approximately 3 hours at a workshop to get it fixed.
In the midst of all this, I had a virtual job interview scheduled. Fortunately, I managed to escape it as the interviewer was running late, and I had already informed them about a family emergency (our road trip!).
As we finally reached the mountains, the sun had already set, and darkness was creeping in. By the time we arrived at BhagsuNag, where we had booked our hostel, it was night. Despite the challenges, the journey was filled with memorable moments and a sense of adventure.
