My guest is Chef Denis Perevoz!
Denis Perevoz graduated from the Moscow Technological College of Food Technology, and later from the International Academy of Tourism, specializing in food engineering and technologist. He interned at renowned restaurants in Italy and France.
He worked as a chef at the Sheikh club-restaurant on Krasnaya Presnya, as well as at the Grand Opera, Galereya (Odintsovo), Bely Kvadrat, and Terem restaurants.
From 2006 to 2008, he was the head chef and director of the food service department at Gazprom. From 2008 to 2014, he headed the kitchen at Café Chekhov.
He is currently the brand chef for European cuisine at the Uryuk restaurant group.
He is a member of the Moscow Association of Chefs and the National Guild of Chefs and a participant and winner of international and Russian culinary competitions.
