Today I’m sharing the final real estate market update from 2021. I’ll go over the numbers from December, as well as discuss some overall 2021 stats. In 2021, we had about 291 people per day moving into the Greater Phoenix area, which means there’s still great demand for homes. We’ll continue our housing shortage in 2022.
