Are Things Starting to Shift?
In today’s market update, I want to look at the month-over-month stats and compare August to July. I can say that we’re in a great seller’s market where people are buying and selling, upsizing and downsizing, and moving here from other parts of the country. However, by looking at the changes in the stats from July to August of this year, I’m starting to see a shift in buyer behavior. To dive into the details, watch my latest video.
