Tomato Lentil Soup It's hearty, healthy, delightfully filling easy to make
just for you to ENJOY!! Episode 223
6 - 8 serving
2 cup brown lentil soaked for 10 minutes and rinsed
1/3 cup olive oil
2 medium onions med diced
10 clove garlic fine chopped
3 tbsp tomato paste
400 ml diced tomatoes ( store bought )
4 cup vegetable broth
3 cup water
1 1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 cup lemon juice
salt and pepper to your taste
garnish with drizzle of olive oil,
chopped green onions and ENJOY!!
