What I learned this week
"Women in business" has become a familiar phrase these days. Thank goodness! But with that reality comes many challenges. Often, working women do not have the experience or may lack the confidence to show off their very real talents. We women have to go above and beyond to prove ourselves capable in areas of the working world where men do not. This week, The Janeé Show learns from women who've made it to the top and through hard work, make it look easy. From the mayor of Fort Worth to longtime female business owners to one woman who vowed to make it in a male-driven industry.
