So I went in pretty skeptical but Kneesovertoesguy Ben Patrick has changed the way I look at building strength and resilience. A year after my first experiment with trying to “Reverse Out Knee Pain”, I was back but this time I wanted to add some load to the equation. I didn’t want to lug around a sled or try building some random KOT (knees over toes) sled alternative contraption. Then the idea struck me...
How about a running parachute? They’re cheap, easy to carry and already designed to give runners wind resistance. Could this be the KOT sled alternative I was after?
