Ingredients- 1 large salmon steak. Salt to taste. 2 tablespoons olive oil. For sauce- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter. 1 shallot chopped. 4-5 garlic chopped. 1 cup chicken broth. 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1/4 teaspoon salt to taste. 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice. 2 tablespoons cilantro chopped.
