Best Potato Salad
Ingredients - 1 pound potatoes. 2 cups water. 1 1/2 cups chicken broth. 1 teaspoon salt. 1/3 cup red onion chopped. 1/3 cup celery chopped. 2 eggs chopped. 1/3 cup mayonnaise. 1/4 cup fat free Greek yogurt. 1 tablespoon yellow mustard. 1 tablespoon sweet relish. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/2 black pepper. 1/2 teaspoon paprika. 1 teaspoon sugar.
