Yellow Cupcake | Recipe using egg yolk

For Yellow Cupcake :
All-purpose flour - 1 1/2 cups
Sugar - 1 cup
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Baking powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Softened butter - 4 tbsp
Oil - 1/4 cup
Sour cream - 1/2 cup
1 egg + 2 yolks
Vanilla extract - 1 1/2 tsp
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) and line 12 muffin cups with paper liners.
2. In a mixing bowl add flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well until combined. Add egg, sour cream, butter, oil and vanilla extract. Beat until mixture is light and fluffy.
3. Evenly fill the muffin cups with the batter.
4. Bake for about 22 - 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted into a cupcake comes out clean.
5. Remove from oven and place on a wire rack to cool.
6. Enjoy!
