Meet Annabelle Liao, a recent graduate of Student Energy's Career Training Program 💡
Annabelle (she/her) and I recently graduated from the Global Resource Systems program at the University of British Columbia, where she studied sustainability and social impact through a science lens. She currently works on the Climate Strategy & Performance team at Vancity, a local credit union, and have gained lots of interest in how
different financing tools can empower greenhouse gas emissions reductions. She is also passionate about climate education and recently received a couple of grants to create a program for high school students that will hopefully increase awareness and interest in impact or climate-driven careers!
