Once you are ready to roll with your idea it's time to map everything out so you can hire your programmers.
It's super important to be a thouer as possible here, the more information and precies you are the more smoothly and cost effective your project will be.
Start your plan with a pen and paper then create mockups using some graphic software, ideally Photoshop but any program you're comfortable with is fine.
Once you have your mockups create a document using Google docs or something similar again the tools you use are not the main issue here it's really about being as clear as you possibly can.
