We need to install wordpress so we can easily control content on pages, these pages can be iframed inside your app so they look like part of the app, you can also create any other pages you want attached to your app like sales pages ect.
There are only a couple of things to look out for, first make sure you don't install in a sub directory and save your login details for future reference.
