Here's a video of how I make my coffee in a French press. It would be better to use fresh coffee, but you can use store-bought coffee. This recipe yields 2 cups of coffee.
1. Add 50g of coffee, then 360-380g of boiling water. Stir well, close the lid, and let it steep for 4 minutes.
2. After 4 minutes, skim off the top layer of coffee. Close the lid, and let it steep for another 6 minutes.
3. After 6 minutes, slowly and carefully press down on the lid.
4. You can add sugar or milk and drink!
You might find this method inconvenient, but you get used to it, like me.
Honestly, I prefer less water—for example, 340g of water to 50g of coffee.
