Here's how I cook salmon (and clean up after cooking)
I eat it once a week. Delicious and healthy. Simple Recipe
Method
1 Turn the oven on the highest temperature.
2 Season the salmon with salt, pepper, dill and lemon zest.
3. Place the salmon in a hot pan, skin side down. Let it sit for 2-3 minutes. Flip, repeat.
4. After 2 minutes, cook again (skin side down)
5. Put the pan in the oven and let it cook for another 2 minutes. Enjoy!
By the way!!! My smoke alarm is very sensitive to smoke, so I really need headphones! Hehehe
