Video of what I eat in a day while I'm on a diet to lose weight mainly. As I said in the video I cook a lot but not every day, the reason I cook a lot is because I don't work on Mondays so I do my homework. food was filmed this is the food for dinner for the next three days.

4 whites + 2 yolks.
30 g porridge with 200 g berries
LUNCH
about 150 g fresh salmon sashimi
seasonings: pickled ginger and soy sauce
lunch
180 g white fish (I eat barramundi)
seasonings: tomato and avocado salad and spinach
***If I want to eat sweets, then - a few strawberries
***I do sports every morning (except Sunday)
