CFCS Main Meeting July 14 Video 1 Dissolution of CFCS Inc Status
The Central Florida Computer Society, Inc. Board of Directors approved a resolution to dissolve the corporate structure and transition to an unincorporated social group. They will continue as a computer/technology user group as a member of the Association of PC Users Groups (APCUG), retaining the name "Central Florida Computer Society". This video is the presentation to the membership of that decision and the dissolution process.
