CFCS Dissolution and Social Club Coordination Meeting
The Central Florida Computer Society, Inc., has dissolved the 501(c)(3) corporation in favor of a social club retaining the focus of all things technology as well as computers. This is the recording of the Coordination Meeting which has replace our Board of Directors meetings in which we discussed the progress of the dissolution as well as the way forward with the new relatively informal social club structure.
