SURFACE | Lotus Esprit S1 (Blender Animation)
This is a Blender car animation with a Lotus Esprit S1, driving through a foggy mountain landscape.
Earlier this year, I began a tutorial series where I aimed to share some tips and insights into how I create my animations. Over the course of several videos, I walked through the process of building a landscape and then animating a car within it. The idea was to take you along step by step as I crafted my next video, and this is the final result.
During the development of this animation, a talented young musician reached out to me, proposing a collaboration. Although I hadn’t yet done collaborations on this channel, I had worked with other creatives on previous projects, and I always find it inspiring when different ideas and perspectives merge to create something new. Modulan offered to compose an original track for my Blender car animation, and from there, we started working on this project together.
I’m really proud of how it turned out and thoroughly enjoyed the process. I hope you enjoy the video as much as we did making it!
