The RETURN to POKEMON YELLOW Speedruns with NEW PIDGEOTTO STRAT!
Hey everyone! Hope you all enjoy this video featuring one of the first speedruns I did of Pokemon Yellow since coming back to the game! This run uses a new strat that was theorised before but has recently been made possible! It involves manipulating and defeating a wild 1% Pidgeotto encounter in Viridian Forest. This allows us to level up Nidoran quicker than the alternative, which is fighting a bug catcher in the forest. The strat is faster on average, but it notoriously difficult. I plan to do a dedicated video on this new strat!
