Hey everyone! In case you missed it, after getting the World Record in Pokemon FireRed Elite 4 Round 2 I decided to go back to Pokemon Sapphire! My most popular video is my Sapphire speedrun I performed live at Awesome Games Done Quick 2020 which was incredible! A bunch of things have changed since then, some new strats were found which have pushed the World Record down further. Join me in my journey to reclaiming the Pokemon Sapphire Speedrun World Record!
Released in 2002 along with Pokemon Ruby and later followed by Pokemon Emerald, Pokemon Sapphire introduced players to the vibrant Hoenn region, packed with new Pokemon and features like double battles and underwater sections. Speedrunning Pokemon Sapphire is all about completing the game as fast as possible, without using glitches or cheats! This speedrun is not for the faint-hearted, as it demands frame perfect manipulations, strategic planning, difficult to master menuing- and movement techniques, such as mastering the Mach Bike. Known for its incredible speed, the Mach Bike requires expert control to navigate through the game's tricky terrain without losing valuable seconds.
