Launch Event: European Business Toolbox for Just Transition
The Launch Event of the European Business Toolbox for Just Transition was organized by CSR Europe on 21 February 2023.
By combining efforts from local, European and global stakeholders, in 2022 the People Leaders Hub created the first-ever 𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗥𝗼𝗮𝗱𝗺𝗮𝗽 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 ( https://www.csreurope.org/download-bu... ), giving companies strategic directions to realize a fair transformation.
However, the quick raise of social inequalities across the world demonstrated that today theory is not enough. This is the reason why we decided to go one step forward and design a related 𝗧𝗼𝗼𝗹𝗯𝗼𝘅, 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀.
This webinar marked the official public launch of this new innovative publication. During the event knowledge partners presented their insights whilst business leaders reported their personal testimony.
With this work, CSR Europe advocates for the development of a 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗹, able to put people at the core of business transformation, leaving no one behind.
