For just about a century, Baltimore and Ohio CPL Signals have kept guard over the Indiana Subdivision, a piece of B&O's mainline to St. Louis.
But it seems like that era is slowly coming to an end, with modern signal replacements popping up around Seymour. I wanted to capture the line as it still looks before more new signals replace the old, so on October 7th and 8th, 2021, I chased local J780 from North Vernon to Mitchell and back. The scenery was very nice, and the signals could convince you this was still a B&O mainline, not a glorified branch.
