With a change of license requirements and a fast way to make a simple report now is the time to get you head around paginated reports. 10 minutes I'll get you started.
Session 2: New TSQL functions in SQL Server 2022 by Tomaž Kaštrun (Data Platform MVP)
With SQL Server 2022 there are also new functions and enhancements to T-SQL language for working with JSON, Date formats, Window functions, improved string_split, TRIM and others. This lightning talk will be a 100% demo on new functions.
Session 3: The 10 commandments of ETL by Martin Schoombee (Chief Data Wrangler at 28twelve consulting)
In this session I will share the 10 basic principles I follow when developing ETL processes, and also show how the different choices can affect performance. Following these simple guidelines have resulted in many successful projects and happy customers. I'm sure it will work for you too!!

Speaker Bios:
Laura Graham Brown is a Microsoft Business Applications MVP and has over 20 years of experience at being passionate about training, solving problems, and loving a new challenge. I have worked with household names and clients very few will know, from the huge corporations to the small businesses, helping them make SharePoint, Flow, PowerApps, Power BI and Office solve their business needs.
Tomaž Kaštrun is a SQL Server developer and data scientist with more than 15 years of experience in the fields of business warehousing, development, ETL, database administration, and query tuning. He holds over 15 years of experience in data analysis, data mining, statistical research, and machine learning. He is a Microsoft SQL Server MVP for data platform and has been working with Microsoft SQL Server since version 2000. He is a blogger, author of many articles, a frequent speaker at the community and Microsoft events. He is an avid coffee drinker who is passionate about fixed gear bikes. In 2018 he co-authored book "SQL Server 2017 Machine Learning Services with R".
Martin Schoombee is Chief Data Wrangler at 28twelve consulting he helps people make sense of their data, using Microsoft technologies.
Melissa Coates is a data architect and the owner of Coates Data Strategies. Her professional focus is on Power BI governance, deployment, security, and administration. Melissa is the principal author of Microsoft's "Power BI Adoption Roadmap" and "Power BI Implementation Planning" guidance. Melissa is also the original creator of the comprehensive Power BI Deployment and Governance online course. She’s a big supporter of the technical community, and has been a Microsoft Data Platform MVP since 2013. When Melissa steps away from the keyboard, you can probably find her hanging out with her dog, paddle boarding, or playing in the garden.
