I'm explaining the presentation and diagnosis of shoulder dislocations (1:03) as well as labral tears of the shoulder (4:15). I'm also reviewing the conservative (non-surgical) as well as the operative (surgical) treatment of these injuries (7:00). Finally, I'll go over the anatomy of the shoulder and labrum (7:32), and how that anatomy contributes to shoulder instability and pain.
