Go Pro POV camera "Fish eye" distortion video correction in Adobe After Effects

In this short tutorial we take footage shot with a Go
Pro Hero 2 POV camera and correct for the distortion of
the wide angle lens using Adobe After Effects CS6
This works for other POV cameras which give a wide field
of view that needs to be straightened and will not
involve the use of any third party filters or plugins.
