Step 1: Log into your Getresponse account
Step 2: You should already have a campaign set up, if not please complete How to set up an Autoresponder with GetResponse and come back to this page.
Select the campaign you want to work with, in the top right dropdown menu.
Step 3: Select “Forms” at the top navigation menu and a dropdown menu should appear. Select “Create Form”.
Step 4: Select the type of form you want to create. There are many templates to choose from.
Step 5: Edit the forms fields. You can add more fields such as URL, Company, Age, but make sure you don’t delete the email address field, as it the most important field.
When complete click “Save and Publish” at the top right of the site.
Final Step: Now you will be provided with a javascript code that you can add anywhere on your website. Whether you place the script, the form you just created will appear.
