TEXTUROL
Means for the protection and decoration of wood on the basis of modified alkyd resins and light-resistant mineral pigments.
Application area
When exterior and interior work for processing of wooden structures, cladding boards, wall panels, fences, doors, baseboards, window frames, fiberboard, particleboard, plywood, veneer.
It is especially recommended for the treatment of new wooden surfaces that have not previously been painted, as well as that previously impregnated with linseed oil or other wood preservatives (a continuous drying oil film is not allowed). When toning wooden and parquet floors before applying varnish gives wood a noble natural shade.
Protection
Forms an elastic, breathable, weather-resistant film on the surface.
Contains highly effective biocides of Acima (Switzerland) for protection of wood against mold fungi, rot, blueness, algae, common in Russia.
Thanks to light-resistant pigments it protects wood from the harmful effects of UV radiation.
Natural flaxseed oil gives the protective film elasticity, it can be applied to surfaces that have been previously treated with linseed oil.
Decorative properties
Forms a silky-matte translucent coating, emphasizes the beauty of the tree, highlights its texture.
A wide selection of colors allows you to give the tree the desired shade.
Security
It is safe for indoor use, as it contains a solvent of high purity and modern biocides in safe concentration. The composition is approved for use by the Center for Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance in Moscow.
Recommendations
Surface preparation
The surface to be treated should be dry (humidity up to 18%) and clean, without fungal infections. Peel off the old coating and remove the fragile layer of wood with a brush or scraper. The areas with a continuous film of drying oil are sanding.
It is recommended to pre-apply 1-2 coats of Texturol Bioprotection PRO for effective protection against rotting, mold, insect pests, for priming porous and loose surfaces, as well as to save Texturol Classic. Such an integrated approach ensures maximum protection of wood from negative impacts.
The minimum application temperature is + 5 ° C. Avoid application in windy weather, as well as under the influence of direct sunlight, since high drying rate reduces the depth of impregnation of wood.
Application:
To mix means before drawing to mix, not to dilute. Apply on a clean, dry surface with a brush, spray or dipping of 1-3 layers. Before saturation process the end surface.
When treating surfaces previously painted with protection, it is better to choose the same or close shade. For uniform staining of large areas, it is recommended to mix the required amount of product in one container.
The intensity of the color of the finished coating depends on the type of wood, the quality of processing and the number of applied layers. Clean the tools with a solvent.
