Change the garden in autumn for a successful spring
In todays video i discuss the importance of completing all the autumn and winter jobs now, to ensure you have a more successful spring next year. I show you some of the issues i've had growing this year. It may appear as a successful growing area, However at ground level, things aren't as good as they seem...

Ill show you step by step on how to create the perfect potting shed and an area to hide in when the weather turns bad.
I also discuss the Oca tubers that are growing well in the metal raised beds. They are no dig and are cram packed with goodness. In a few months ill show you how to harvest, cook and store oca tubers. Remember to keep some to plant next year! Maiju over at @spudsandroses has helped me with the process as i harvested too early last year and the tubers were small. This year im hoping for an abundance of them!
