Ghanaian Community in Norway, Passion for Difference to hold Food and Cultural Exhibition on Oct. 16. The event is aimed at exhibiting some Ghanaian traditional dishes as well as other African and continental dishes. It will also be used as a platform to educate and showcase children born in Norway with lineage from Ghana. Norwegians and Ghanaians from across the African continent are to converge in Bergen for the maiden Food and Cultural event. The event is expected to be open to the general public with some Ghanaian cooking utensils, artifacts, clothing, foods, etc for children to see.
