Hypnosis Meditation for SELF-COMPASSION ❤️🩹
This is a hypnosis meditation to help you turn your self-criticism into self-compassion. We all have an inner critic deep inside, but some of us have them speaking really loud and they can be really mean.
When we choose self-compassion over self-criticism, we lower the volume of that inner critic and replace it with kinder and more gentle words.
The more you practice doing this, the easier it gets. Until it becomes natural for you to have a healthy inner dialogue.
This hypnosis was designed to get you into a deep state of relaxation and self-acceptance, shifting your subconscious thought pattern to one that serves you better.
In the background, I added brown noise to this recording, which is one of the sounds that I love listening to. It blocks outside noise and really gets me focused and/or relaxed. Let me know if you like the addition ;)
