Dragon's Dogma 2
Hunting a Drake with the Fighter vocation, without taking damage. Done "solo" with pawn support skills, namely an ice enchantment.
Drakes have an alternating weakpoint system. By default the head is the weakpoint, but after enough damage is dealt, the heart becomes its weakpoint, and the head no longer is. Fighter's Riotous Fury skill is particularly good for dealing damage once the heart is exposed.

Augments: Endurance, Polarity, Verve, Dominance, Lethality, Thew
Pawn Skills: Celestial Paean, Argent Succor, Ice Affinity, High Solemnity
Pawn Augments: Apotropaism, Beatitude, Intervention, Perpetuation, Exaltation
The pawn has zero damaging skills, only support, and also never got the monster's attention, so I think it's fair to call this a solo fight.
