Is Petrobras' current pricing policy harmful to business? Executive responds
Ernesto Pousada has been president of fuel distributor Vibra Energia for just over a year. Previously, he worked in the pharmaceutical, logistics, and pulp and paper industries. The executive is a guest on this week's VEJA S/A program.
In an interview with reporter Diego Gimenes, he discusses his relationship with Petrobras and rumors of a renationalization of Vibra. Pousada states that customer experience and increasingly better service at gas stations are even more important factors for the company than the price of gasoline, and comments on whether Petrobras' current pricing policy is detrimental to business. The executive also discusses the possibility of autonomous gas stations in Brazil, the costs of recharging electric vehicles, the Premmia app, and Vibra's plans to remunerate its shareholders after a market-pleasing financial report.
