Scale genomics data analysis for less with TileDB ft. Rady Children’s Institute for Genomic Medicine
As part of the @BioITWorld 2022 data management track, TileDB partner Dr. Stephen Kingsmore of Rady Children’s Institute for Genomic Medicine presented a preview of the program that was recently announced as BeginNGS™: https://radygenomics.org/begin-ngs-ne.... Dr. Kingsmore covered VCF data management challenges and the solution as applied in this new precision medicine program, scaling rapid whole-genome sequencing for newborns across a consortium of hospitals. Dr. Kingsmore also shared recent spectacular performance benchmarks for the genomes analyzed as part of the program.
