BUD is about crowdsourcing ideas and bringing them to reality. It’s a unique platform that harnesses the creativity and innovative potential of our employees at the grassroots level.
BUD aims at identifying the network of performers involved in service delivery, who can speak about their goals, strategies and activities in the given context.
Till date, we have achieved the following results:
• Crowdsourced 5939 ideas
• Implemented 4115 ideas
• Saved 2.2 Million hours of work
• Saved 122.3 Million dollars in costs
