Simple raid farm in Minecraft 1.21.x, 700 emeralds/h, 80 totems/h (Hemisphere Java SMP)
This video presents a "barebones" raid farm that is early game friendly and very simple to build. It is AFKable, so whenever one raid is finished it will start the next one automatically. It is however not self sustaining, so you'll need an ominous bottle farm.
Rates are about 700 emeralds/h, 600 redstone/h and 80 totems/h. It is easy to build (about 90 minutes in vanilla survival including storage and villager transport) and early game friendly, requiring very little redstone. Since Mojang seems to be constantly tweaking raid mechanics I tried to base this farm only on the very basic raid mechanics, that is, it does not rely on raider pathfinding or other tricks that may or may not get patched out in some future versions.
I designed this farm because I felt that the existing designs for 1.21.4 are either too complex or too cumbersome. There are infinite, self sustaining designs (like Nashs) that, even though they are MUCH faster, are fairly complicated and not early game friendly. On the other hand you'll find simple raid farms that require you to start raids manually, which means you have to start a new raid manually once every 5 minutes, and I wanted a farm that is AFKable.
This farm will NOT work on bedrock. It may not work on Paper/Spigot/Bukkit servers, I can't test on these server types (they break a lot of redstone contraptions).
I expect this farm to work in all 1.21 Minecraft versions (at the time of writing, 1.21.0 to 1.21.5).
