Throttle Time on CNW 411 and Metra 308
One of the many few treats that we've been fortunate enough to do was Throttle Time at the Illinois Railway Museum. In recent years, our very own, Andrew Mangalindan has operated UP 1848, SP 1518, and J.Neils Lumber Company Shay 5. This year, we got to do Throttle Time on CNW F7A 411 and Metra F7A 308 from the IRM Pavilion eastbound past Olson Road and head back westbound back to the grounds. It was a blast operating two classic F7As and we have a much deeper appreciation for these locomotives. Climb aboard CNW 411 and Metra 308 at the IRM!
