Illinois Railway Museum: The Showcase
Last weekend, we attended The Showcase at the Illinois Railway Museum as this will be the last scheduled event we plan to be at this year. It's possible we'll be there for the annual Holiday Railway in November-December but that's still a discussion among our team. As we attended The Showcase, Frisco 1630 ran its usual passenger train along with the CB&Q E5A 9911A running the Nebraska Zephyr with various street cars and CB&Q SD24 504 leading a freight train as well.
